Religious Education Information & Enrollment:
Parents of children who were enrolled in our 2008-2009 program received information packages for the 2009-2010 programs by mail in September.
Parents of children enrolled in the 2009-2010 programs received information packages for the 2010-2011 programs in February.

All forms available from this website are "interactive" and can be filled out and printed using your own computer.
Registration:
Registration Form
-- Parents of children enrolled in this year's classes received
preprinted Registration Forms for 2010-2011 listing the children who attended this year's classes.
Those forms should be reviewed carefully and the appropriate corrections can be made directly on the preprinted Registration Form.
If you did not receive a preprinted Registration Form, or if you have additional children entering the religious education
program, you must complete a blank Religious Education Registration Form with information on all of
the children who will be in the program. A blank Registration Form is

In Person Registration:
On April 18th, completed forms for all students whose last name begins with A through L may be submitted in person during Religious Education drop-off and pickup times in the all purpose room in the elementary school. All forms must be handed in at this time.
On April 25th, completed forms for all students whose last name begins with M through Z may be submitted in person during Religious Education drop-off and pickup times in the all purpose room in the elementary school. All forms must be handed in at this time.
Mail-In Registration:
In the event the In-Person dates are not convenient, all forms may be mailed to the rectory no later than April 26th. The rectory is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM for personal drop off as well.
Registration Fees:
The registration fee for this year is $75.00 for families with one child and $100.00 for families with two or more children.
Fees will be accepted after the April 25th deadline but are due before the start of classes.
Note: No child will be denied enrollment due to inability to pay.

First Graders and New Registrants:
A copy of each child's Baptismal Certificate (if they were not baptized at our parish) and proof of attendance
(if your child has had previous religious instruction elsewhere) is required for each new registrant.

Parent Meetings:
Mandatory Parent Meetings will be held for new incoming students and sacramental students (Communion and Confirmation) only.
Therefore, there are no Mandatory Parent Meetings for returning students who are not receiving a sacrament.
Volunteers:
The Annual Parents Meetings have always provided an opportunity to recruit needed
volunteers for our program. Please review the Religious Education Volunteer Sign-up Form and consider volunteering giving some time to our children.
