Consecration Prayers
Dearest
Most Beautiful and Sacred Heart of Jesus,
Within
Thee and before Thee we most humbly place ourselves, our spouses, and our
children.
Within
Thee and before Thee, present most holy before us, we consecrate ourselves, our
spouses, and our children to Your most loving and
merciful care.
Within
Thee and before Thee, we humbly plead that You accept
us as You accepted Your servants before us granting us, our spouses, and our
children Your ardent Love and Mercy.
Within
Thee and before Thee, we beg that You grant to us and
our spouses the strength to be the educators of our children in the Truth of
Your Church and the knowledge that they will require as they grow in maturity
before You.
Within
Thee and before Thee, we humbly seek Your protection for ourselves, our
spouses, and our children as we face the secularization of the world around us
so that guarded by the Fire of Your Sacred Heart we will not fall from Your
Sight, or Your Grace.
You,
Dearest and Most Holy above creation, Who have shown to us the depth of Your
immeasurable Love, keep our intercessions, as unworthy as they are, close to
the recesses of Your Most Beautiful and Sacred Heart. Immerse them in Your Love
and Mercy so that through Your great tenderness and
compassion we may feel the fire of Your Love radiating from within our hearts.
We
ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Dearest
Most Beautiful and Immaculate Mother; To you we come,
O Holy and Immaculate Mother -
Pray
for us- that we may show to our spouses and children unselfish love as you have
shown to Your Most Divine Son and good
Pray for us- that we may live lives of holiness and
purity seeking only to please and glorify our Lord, Your Holy Son, through all
that we do.
Pray for us- that we may teach and nurture our children
within our homes as you taught and nurtured your Most Holy and Perfect Son. Pray
for us- that through our actions, our words, and our example our spouses, our
children, and those around us will see your example shining through us.
Pray
for us- that we not seek the satisfaction, honor, or glory of this world for
sacrificing our own selves in order to do what is God's Holy Will for our
spouses and children.
Help
us, O Holy and Immaculate Mother. Allow us to rest in the warmth and love of
Your Most Immaculate Heart. Shed upon us its tenderness and love so that as we
devote ourselves to you through your Immaculate heart,
we may honor the example you have set before us. Holy and
Immaculate Queen pray for us. Amen.
