Rancocas Valley Track Club has secured time slots at an indoor facilty for indoor running and conditioning.
We are starting the 1st session on November 18th and the second session on December 1st.
Unfortunately their is a fee. Rancocas Valley Track Club is charging new members $375 for either session.
However, the charge for Alliance members would be $250.
Also, unfortunately our monies do not come from any rec department so we have to go it alone and charge members.

The only thing not on there is the 2nd indoor session schedule which will be there no later than 2 weeks or you can email me or call the number on the website.

Just wanted to share some news on the success of our kids at this years national meets with you. Antwoine Hardy won 3 national titles and 2 others Tiara McDuffie and Antwan Dickerson medaled as well. Details are below.

USATF 2008 Youth Outdoor Track & Field Championsips - Charlotte, North Carolina
Antwoine Hardy - 1st in midget (11-12) boys 400m (56.42 seconds FAT)

Antwoine Hardy - 1st in midget (11-12) boys 200m (24.11 seconds FAT)

Tiara McDuffie - 4th in midget (11-12) girls 400m (1:00.80 seconds FAT)

USATF 2008 National Junior Championhips - Omaha, Nebraska
Antwoine Hardy - 1st in midget (11-12) boys 400m (55.10 seconds FAT)

Antwoine Hardy - 2nd in midget (11-12) boys 200m (24.42 seconds FAT)

Antwan Dickerson - 5th in youth (13-14) boys long jump (19 feet, 6 inches)

Omega Primary Girls place 7th in the 4X100 finals. This is the first year of Primary 4X100. Some AAU teams are actually "all star" teams. this teams from made the 4X100 finals is very impressive.

Marlton
Jessica Woodard (Marlton) sub-youth girl took 5th in the sub-youth discus at 98-7.
Rachel Montague (Marlton) took 5th in Young Women's triple jump at 39-0.75.
Sierra Nichols took 8th in the Midget High Jump.
Michael "MJ" Frazier took 5th in the Bantam Boys' 100M.
Jessica Woodard took 2nd in the sub-youth Shot Put.

Wash Twp.
Michael Pallozzi of Wash Twp. took 5th in the Midget Boy's Pentahtlon.

Middle Twp.
Rakim Coyle Primary boys shot put 1st place National Champ 29'-11" 400m 10th 1:10.18
Nadine Coyle Primary Girls shot put 8th place 19'-4" [only 7 year old to make the podium in this event with one more year at primary.
John Mooers sub midget boys discus 5th place 84'-6".
John Ruskey sub youth boys discus 8th place 95'-11".
