This two bedroom, two bath villa is your perfect family vacation spot. You will enjoy the quiet of this end unit, which is all on one level with no neighbors above or below. Beyond the palm trees and live oaks with limbs draped elegantly by Spanish moss, you will enjoy gazing out from the screened porch to view of the beautiful Ocean Wind Course of Seabrook Island. Only a short distance to unspoiled, uncrowded beaches, this home is for people who like relaxation and privacy with their vacation. With most imaginable amenities available, this island retreat is a comfortable, two-bedroom set-up for golf outings or family beach vacations.
Some of the world’s greatest dining and shopping are available nearby in historic Charleston - but you probably won’t want to leave the island. If you just like to relax enjoying nature at its finest, peace and tranquility are yours in this unspoiled, coastal habitat. You can encounter dolphins, loggerhead sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, raccoons, pelicans, and, yes, an occasional alligator, all enjoying the island with you.
Seabrook Island also offers a fantastic nature trail, a crab dock, fishing, and many other activities.
Bohicket Marina is right outside the gates. You can rent boats, take tours, dine, and shop at the marina.
