Ski View Estates

Olympia, Washington

Ski View Estates is a gated residential community located in Olympia, Washington.  Ski View was originally developed by Gary Seeley of Strathmore, Inc. as a private residential community with eighteen lots overlooking a tournament quality water ski lake.  Currently fifteen homes have been built with the three remaining lots privately owned and undeveloped.  All lots are approximately 1/2 to 3/4+ acres and situated on the east side of the lake.  As part of the over 120 acres of common area shared by the community, the west side of the lake is a natural environment with a thick growth of trees bordering protected wetlands and offers forested views for all lot owners.  

The community has much to offer residents beyond privacy, a natural environment, and the recreational opportunities presented by a tournament quality water ski lake.  Snow skiing at Crystal Mountain Ski Resort is just a 90 minute drive away.  Fishing, hiking, lakes and ocean beaches are even closer.

Ski View Estates is located close to shopping (Costco, Fred Meyer and Albertson's are a short drive on Littlerock Road), the Washington State Capitol in downtown Olympia is less than 10 minutes away, Tumwater City Hall, Schools and the Library are just 5 minutes away. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is appx. 50 miles north of Ski View and the Portland International Airport is appx. 110 miles south.
