Every child needs to have these permission slips
signed and returned to playground prior to the field trip.
Permission slips must be printed from this site and returned to
playground, hard copy permission slips will only be provided to
the families without internet access upon request.
Most field trips require
cash, if you would like to use your credit or debit card, please
call the field trip site prior to the event to verify each
facility's policy on payments. Thank you.
