| FIELD
TRIPS & PERMISSION SLIPS |
Every child needs to have these permission slips
signed and returned to playground prior to the field trip.
Permission slips must be printed from this site and returned to
playground, hard copy permission slips will only be provided to
the families without internet access upon request.
Please DO NOT send money with your child to playground. All fees
should be taken to the field trip and given directly to the merchant.
Most merchants require
cash, if you would like to use your credit or debit card, please
call the field trip site prior to the event to verify each
facility's policy on payments.
Manchester Playground does NOT provide transportation to or from field trips,
please be sure to take your child to and pick your child up from each field trip
location promptly at the specified times.
EXCEPTION WILL BE FOR THE BALTIMORE NATIONAL AQUARIUM,
TRANSPORTATION BY COACH BUS.
