I've been very much involved with photography as a hobby since 1975 when I bought my first single lens reflex camera, and started doing darkroom work in my basement. I got pretty serious about showing my work somewhere around 1988, and after competing for awhile, decided that I was good enough to earn some extra money shooting weddings and doing portraiture.
All of the photography that you see on this web site was done by either Sandra or I, or the two of us working together. As I show you some of our work, I want to make it clear that in most cases the final product of our photography is a collaboration, rather than an individual effort. Sometimes one or the other of us has released the shutter on the camera, but both of us were involved in setting the shot through posing, lighting, and adding props.
