Intensive individual sessions, 4 hours daily over a period of five or eight days in a nurturing environment. Includes EFT, hypnotherapy, journaling, hypnosis CD.

Hypnotherapy provides profound relaxation, during which the body can balance itself; hypnosis speeds up the healing process and increases motivation.
