The Scarlet Mask Vigilance Society shoots on the fourth Saturday
of the month and will hold its inaugural shoot Saturday, September 22nd, 2007.
We will be shooting four or five stages, a rifle woods walk, and a long range
rifle match in the afternoon. A safety meeting will be held at 9:00am with shooting to start promptly at 9:30am. Lunch and soft drinks will be provided. Shooting fees per event are as follows: |
To get to the range take Indiana Hwy 37 from Indianapolis south to Martinsville Indiana. Go to the fourth stop light which is Mahalasville road. Turn left (if coming from the north) Go approximately six miles to Bear Wallow road, turn right, go approximately 2.2 miles. Range is on left hand side of road and is marked. Don't be too apprehensive about the steep hills, the area we will use is flat and easy walking.
