I always enjoy going to other people's sites and seeing what interests them or their friends. I always said if I had a website that I'd promote other sites that I thought were interesting. Cardinal is just down the street from the studio and I go there for all my non-Zumba cardio and resistance training needs. They have Stairmasters, Treadmills, Ellipitical Machines, along with resistance and weight training equipment. I am currently working on a reciprocal membership agreement so my customers may benefit from their services at a reduced cost. My husband and I just returned from a wonderful Wine Tasting trip to Sonoma/Napa. We met John at his Vineyard and were treated like royalty. His wines were absolutely the best we tried while we were there. If you're ever in the area, we highly recommend making an appointment to see his facilities. You can order online too! Our favorite was the Caldwell Gold Cabernet, but you can't go wrong with the Rocket Science either. Click on the wine bottle to visit his site.
