Sessions at the Pilates Barr
Space is somewhat limted in the studio, however I can accomodate approximately 16-20 individuals. I have several standing classes at the moment and the rest of my sessions are
getting filled with individual one-on-one workouts. If you are interested in one of the sessions below, please contact me at 317.345.4669 and we can schedule some time together.
Sessions
Mat Class ($10 per session)- Floor exercises based on essential Pilates principals - All Levels (Multi, Intermediate and Advanced)
Reformer ($50 per session) - The Reformer provides finely tuned exercise resistance, allowing precise work on alignment, core strength, and all of the Pilates exercise principles
Private Personalized Training ($50 per session) - Includes mat, reformer and cardio workouts tailored to your individual needs
Butz&Gutz ($10 per session) - Cardo Pilates session with a focus on those "special" areas
Kicklates ($10 per session) - Kick Boxing with a Pilates Barr twist
All sessions are 1 hour in duration.
Cancellation Policy
In order to continue offering you the best value for your Pilates dollar, I must ask that you inform me of any cancellation as soon as possible - 12 hours
before the class at a minimum. Since my space is limited there is often a waiting list for sessions. Often, I can accommodate individuals on the waiting
list given enough time to react to the situation. Customers that do not inform me of cancellations 12 hours prior to class are subject to a cancellation fee
equivalent to the class missed. Thank you for understanding.

In an effort to standardize on class times for some of the more popular classes, I am posting times below. I do teach reformer and private 1-on-1 classes so these are not the only times I am in the studio.
Please remember to call and reserve a slot for any class as I cannot accomodate walk-ins.

Beginner(Beginner): Dedicated time to introduce people to Pilates
Multi-level (Multi): For those wanting the Pilates experience; each week builds on the prior's fundamentals
Please note, all classes are considered Multi-level as you work the level that you are; this includes beginners.
