Royal Rangers is a ministry designed to Reach, Teach, and Keep Boys for Christ. You'll find Royal Rangers throughout the world. Here in the United States we are organized into districts. Our Southern New England district (Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island) has approximately 45 groups called outposts. Each outpost is sponsored by an Assemblies of God church , a PCCNA church or a church with similar beliefs.

Most outposts consist of the following age groups:

	For boys in grades K through 2.
	For boys in grades 3 through 5.
	For boys in grades 6 through 8.
	For boys in grades 9 through 12.
