Ranger of the Year - important new information for 2009

Ranger of the Year is no longer being conducted at the sectional, district, or regional levels. This decision was made after input from the QLC (Question - Learn - Change) feedback from across the nation. In addition feedback was sought from district commanders and pastors. While is was shown to be too complicated and expensive to run effectively at sectional levels and above, ROTY is ideal for the local outpost level. Outpost commanders are encouraged to continue to select rangers from each outpost group as Outpost Ranger of the Year.
