2012 Rates

 The Summer Season
Saturday, June 30th until Monday, September 3rd

$2,310.00 per week
double occupancy, plus applicable taxes
 

Otherwise, outside summer, Sunday through Thursday: $225 per night
Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays-including Thursday of Applefest weekend: $260 per night

Three night minimum rental unless checking in on a Friday in which case the minimum is two nights, Friday and Saturday.

Additional guests extra
$15 per guest per night
Children twelve and under free

Maximum occupancy, including children, is six
No camping or tents on grounds.
No smoking.
No pets.

Weekly rentals have priority during summer season!
Saturday p.m. arrival / Saturday a.m. departure

Otherwise, three night midweek or
Two night weekend minimum stays.
