Smiles

Written by ShadowRun and soft`rain

If not for the pleasures
of seeking such treasures
(For how many stones overturned)
Yet if it is given
no signs forbidden
May I then lay claim...

Though dew in the morn'
with no sign of a storm
(These things surly we have learned)
But oh! what a mystery
as far as I can see
Is the mystery of soft `rain...

A shadowed smile on my eye he plays
and fingers excite the strings he lays
(He did drive a powerful steed)
None claim this hand to hold
nor any cards to fold
A melody drifts in delight. . .

The dewy mist dances
with the swaying branches
(One stone is all we need)
The mystery sparks the flame
embracing with desire to tame
His song travels my night. . .
