Manage Money - The Tools

Integrated into your personalized step-by-step "Wealth Planner" tract, you'll have all of the necessary tools to help you on your way to financial security, all from the privacy and comfort of your own home.

Lending Center
The Lending Center is your "secret weapon" to level the playing field when you apply for a loan or a credit card. You'll learn what "they" -- the lenders and financial institutions -- know and be fully prepared during the loan and credit card application process.

Apply Anonymously
Our Lending Center allows you to shop and apply for loans anonymously, without affecting your credit. Your anonymous request and key credit history will be sent to the lender.

Learn What You Qualify For
Lenders will receive your request and send you a "quote" matching your criteria. You'll learn what you can qualify for, based on their responses.

Prescreen Lenders
In the privacy of your own home you can review the quotes submitted by the lenders. When you find a quote that meets your needs, you are ready to contact the lender you've chosen.

Only at this point -- if you are ready to act -- will you share your personal identity information and begin the relationship with the lender -- online, by phone, or in person. Once you are in direct contact with the lender, our job is done! Now you and the lender are free to work on the details of the loan offer.

Credit Report Center
A good credit rating can earn you lower rates on loans and insurance, while a damaged credit rating can weigh you down financially for years. At EverydayWealth, you can order a credit report and receive it in minutes, plus, you'll receive a monthly credit report so you can stay on top of positive and negative factors affecting your credit.

Credit Worthiness -- you'll see your credit report and an easy-to-read explanation of what it means.

Main Factors Affecting Your Credit -- we'll help you understand what helps or hurts your credit rating.

Inquiries and New Accounts -- you can check to see what institutions have looked at your credit, or if a new account has been opened.

Credit Reports and Credit Scores -- once you have your credit report, we'll link you to our Knowledge Center to help you make sense of your report and give you the tools to dispute any incorrect information. We'll tell you what you should know about credit scores: the different types and what goes into calculating them. And, we'll give you tools and techniques to improve your credit score.

The Knowledge Center
Learn the tricks of the lending trade. In our Knowledge Center you'll find information to help you be better prepared to make the right financial decisions. Listen to our "Money Moments" or "Ask An Expert". Visit "CommonCents University" and take telecourses led by financial industry experts. We'll provide you with glossaries, instructions, letters, and much more.

Mortgage Information
Whether or not you're a first time home buyer you'll find everything you need to know to shop for a mortgage here. Even experienced home buyers can learn more about lending practices.

Calculators
Use your own personal information to calculate interest, payment schedules, and more, whenever you're ready. We provide you with a myriad of easy-to-use calculators to answer a variety of questions -- mortgage calculations, mortgage qualifiers, refinancing costs, personal debt consolidation, credit card payoff, loan comparison, auto loan payoff, etc. Do the math in the privacy of your own home to help you in decision making.

My Story

Allow me to share with you my initial experience of the Everyday Wealth service. My credit report informed me that I had been sent to collections for not paying a hospital bill. I followed the guidelines in Everyday Wealth and followed up with the collection agency. I was informed that two insurance companies fought over who was responsible for paying the bill.

I was sent to collections, without being notified, and six months after the incident one company decided to pay. My credit had been damaged and the collection agency explained that although they knew it was not my fault there was nothing they could do to change the outcome.

Everyday Wealth supplied me with pre-written letters to send to the insurance company and collection agency, contact information for scheduled calls, recommendations on how to document all transactions, and as a final resort the telephone and physical address of the Federal Credit Bureau Investigation Services.

Despite the challenges that occurred the greatest benefit I received was online information at my fingertips, no waiting in lines or on hold, immediate actions for immediate results. You deserve to investigate Everyday Wealth to insure that you make an intelligent decision about your future and a situation similar to mine or much worse does not happen to you.

Review the information on the website and discover the multitude of paths that may assist you in changing the quality of your life. Thank you.
