This can only be done in the 1.3.2.7 drivers.
1. Connect to your network access.
2. Open Activesync.
3. Click Sync.
By defualt Activesync disconnects after its finished syncing this is set in tools->options->options. "When syncing remotely" Bubble in Maintain connection.
