*Note, Terminal Services only works over bluetooth if your connecting to an adpater with 1.3.2.7 drivers and You must have the IPX protocol installed.

2. Right Click on your bridge, or if you use ICS your bluetooth lan, and click properties.
3. Click install
4. Select Protocol and click add
5. Select NWLink IPX/SPX/Netbios COmpatible Transort Protocol and click OK.
6. It should install the protocol and bring you back to network properties, just click close.
7. I know windows doens't say it, but Reboot.

Terminal Services.
1. Right click my computer and click properties, or open "system" in control panel.
2. Select the Remote Services Tab, check the box in remote desktop and click select remote users.
3. Click Add
4. Click Advanced, find now, then select the user account that your logged in as and click ok. Click ok as many times as it takes to get back to the desktop ;)
Note: Terminal Services will not connect if the Account has no password (A microsoft security feature).
5. Now on the PPC, connect to your network access (doesn't have to be bluetooth, i guess).
6. Click Start->programs->terminal services
7. Put in the computer name, or the IP.
8. Login with the username/password that the computer currently has logged in.
9. The Desktop will blank its screen, while the PPC loads the screen and takes control of the desktop. Then the monitor will bring up a login screen that you can use when you want the local hardware(PPC being remote hardware) to have control again.
If you have trouble use your computer name instead of IP. Check the Accessing Network Shares section of this site to find your computer name.

Some have found they needed to edit some Policies to Prevent Terminal services from dropping on login, these are the settings I recommend:
At the very minimum i recommend you enable force removal of desktop wallpaper, this seems to be the one that disconnects a lot of connections.
Start->Run "gpedit.msc"
Navigate to "Computer Configuration->Adminstrative Templates->Windows Components->Terminal Services" and enable Keep-Alive(5), Limit Users to one remote session, enforce removal of desktop wallpaper, limit number of connections (i have it on 1), limit maximum color depth (16bit).
Navigate to "Sessions" full path: "Computer Configuration->Adminstrative Templates->Windows Components->Terminal Services->Sessions" enable set time limit for disconnected (1 minute), and enable Terminate session when time limit is reached.
Close gpedit out and bluetooth shouldn't drop on login.
