The BSA Summer Camp 2009

The 2009 Boy Scout Camp was full of fun activities. This year, BSA camp added a new activity hosted by Mr. Music (Chuck Pedersen of SOC7 Productions).

Each of the dens attended a workshop that allowed the scouts to work as a team, to choose a variety of musical "clips" of their liking. Some like rock, some dance, and many selected a host of different styles.

Once all the differnt clips were selected, Mr. Music would take the clips and mix them into a final sequence which actually produced a short song for that den.

All the scouts had a great time. Mr. Music was asked by some of the scouts to play bass and electric guitar, and likewise Mr. Music had some of the dens participate by being recorded on the microphone. All scouts in each den had the opportunity to pick, choose, or vote on the musical elements.
