The case was opened in early 2000 By Bryan Moyer, The case was closed in late 2001 By Teri Ramsauer.
This is the agency that is supposed to deal with manufactured housing issues for HUD. They are known as the SAA. The case was opened for over One year, During that time the department did not address any of the serious problems. The only 2 problems that they addressed were the drafts from the shower in the master bathroom, and the blocking of the bay window. But the good news is that the bay window now leaks. Teri Ramsauer has recently ordered that the Washington Department of Licensing not to get involved in the case. Based on the letter that we received on April 5, 2002 our local SAA is taking payoff's from manufactures. We feel this way because they do not feel that this house, with its weak floors (that are weak enough for my 95-105lbs friend to almost have fallen through) is not a safety hazard, by her own admission. They also do not recognize the fact there are still warranty issues that were never dealt with. And because of this they refuse to Deal with the issues that are a "Safety hazard" they feel that the floors are "OK". Teri Ramsauer has proved to us beyond a shadow of a doubt (in our minds) that the manufactures are the ones that are running the SAA here in Washington State. Teri Ramsauer has from the start tried to sabotage and corrupt the process. Teri Ramsauer has done this by providing misinformation and falsehoods in an effort to allow the out come to meet her own needs.
