What can I say. 1 of 4 did his job, Thanks Tim Barchenger. The rest had no clue what was going on. Although Mat Jackson did act surprised that Liberty Homes was still in business. They did come out in March of 2001 to do a field inspection. None of the major issues were dealt with. 

Made First Contact with Terry Kleier on July 30,2003, Mr. Kleier was very helpful and was able to provide me with some information.
