Our Case was opened and then closed with in 2 months. And while in the process of trying to get reopened, Teri Ramsauer Ordered that Evelyn Barker not get involved. At this point the case remains closed. While the case was open the first time the investigator did not (from our point of view) actively take actions to correct all the issues that were under his jurisdiction.
