Check out the rules, but be careful, the Full Rules are very long (120 k) so try and view the Basic Rules if you have a slow internet! The rules are for the full game so some of the countries don't apply, there will be another update as soon as possible...
The maps are pretty big too, so be careful!In the player link there is basic resources and expanded resources.
