The TomTom ONE LE (also  known as the TomTom ONE New Edition or TomTom ONE V4) GPS
has a lot of mystery surrounding it since TomTom's website does not say much about it.
I'm  hoping this website will provide useful information about this device, and perhaps more
importantly,  some customizations that users can perform themselves via 3rd party tools
 with
the simple knowledge and instructions that I will try to provide on these pages.

Although I'm focussing on the TomTom ONE LE, many of these programs can also be used
on the other TomTom models (ONE V2, ONE V3, ONE XL, ONE XL-S, GO 510, GO 720, etc).

Many people wonder what the difference is between the TomTom ONE LE and the
TomTom ONE 3rd Edition.  The simplest explanation is that the TomTom ONE LE is
basically a TomTom ONE 2nd Edition with the NavCore7 operating system
from TomTom.  The NavCore7 software allows for users to correct errors
found in the maps or on the Points of Interests provided by TomTom.
