Here we have one of my Custom Classic's, the famous South Bend 290.
hailed as one of the best South Bend Tapers ever built and I'm
sure you will agree. I have kept the original seat and comfort
grip, reset all ferrules, new spar finish, up-graded guides and stripper,
all wrapped in original Black/Orange Jasper Silk with black tipping...

Medium++, Mid/Flex Action in the 5/6w Class ( Marked 6w )
I like a 5wDT line on this wand but it has the power to handle
a 6wDT if needed and depending on the conditions you are
fishing. A perfect wand for small to medium/large waters with
effortless presentation of the smallest flies and tippet without
a lot of movement or disturbance to a trout sipping midges,
emerges or drys on your favorite waters but the power to cast
larger dry flies and smaller streamers when needed.
