Here we have one my favorite large water rods, The
Phillipson Dry Fly Special in lightly fished condition.
I have fond memories of throwing #16 PMD's on the
Big Horn in Montana in the pouring rain to savage
trout on the feed with my DFS. With a "brisk"
Med/Fast Dry fly action that pulls double duty
and roll cast like a dream...

Ex++ Condition

Here we have a rarer 7.5'/5w in lightly fished condition
with the fairly early serial number of #3952. Every Thing
is Right & Tight with the exception of a small blind wrap
on one of the tips, appears to be a security measure as no
 damage ( see photo ) is visible and it dose not effect the taper.
Gary's rods are becoming harder to find as they find there ways
into collections and are removed from the market...
