~ Lutheran Web Resources ~
There are tons and tons of good Web sites about Lutheranism on the Internet. The problem is there are also tons and tons of terrible sites about Lutheranism. Here are some that I recommend:
Luther Quest
| Created to discuss and educate the LCMS public about some disturbing trends away from its foundations, this site varies greatly in the quality of its postings. My suggestion (what I generally do): Look for the name of Rolf Preus and read his postings. Take the rest with a grain of salt. There must be at least a dozen Preuses around the Missouri Synod (although Pastor Rolf Preus is, unfortunately from my point of view, no longer a part of the Missouri Synod) and anything written by any of them is worth reading. |
