My name is Steve LeBlanc. I was born in '49 and grew up in the working class town of Fitchburg Massachusetts. I graduated from Fitchburg High in '68 and I still live near there in the small town of Ashby, north of Fitchburg on the Massachusetts - New Hampshire border. It's a beautiful New England town and has been a wonderful place for my wife, Mary , and I to live most of our 31years of marriage and raise our 2 children.
We have a 27 year old son, Rob and a daughter, Michelle.
Rob graduated from Holy Cross college and received his Masters degree from Fitchburg State College, he is a PhD candidate at University of Rhode Island. He's an adjunct professor of English literature at Anna Maria College and URI. He is an wonderful young man.
Michelle graduated from Framingham State College. She's is truly her own person. Michelle is now living in Leonia NJ just outside NYC. She is the music blog editor of Dead Air Nightmares . Her passions include radio, music and graphic arts. She shares her Dad's interest and talent in photography.
They are fabulous young adults and I'm very proud of them.
I work for Hewlett-Packard as an IT architect. I help our largest customers develop strategic long range plans for their business systems. My specialty is enterprise architecture. I'm pretty good at a variety of other subjects as well. I have been in the telecommunications and computer industry since 1971, that makes me an industry old-timer.
My hobbies include photography (thanks Howie), skiing, motorcycles, and music. If you're a friend of Bill's you're a friend of mine. You can send me mail to say hello.
