Jurassic Park

I was looking for one of these machines for about two years.  My girls saw it at a local amusement shop when they were only 4 and 2.  Monica, my oldest remembered the machine and described it to me when I asked her what type of pinball machine she would like me to get at a auction I was going to.  This was about 2 years later!  They did not have a JP at the auction, but about a week later there was one in the paper so I had to get it for the girls.

Mar 07:  At the pinball meeting kicking off the third year for the Harrisburg area Pinball Club (we do not have a name yet) somebody realized the T-Rex head was not picking the ball up.  A quick look revealed stress on the wiring harness inside the head.  If I held the wires with my hand to relieve the stress the solenoid would work to close the mouth.  I went and tore this apart and discovered that the white wire inside the harness was almost worn through.  After fixing that I double checked the black wire and found a weak spot from a prior repair so rebuilt that section too.  T-Rex is back in full action... I went and also added some extra wax and some cleanup while I was at it.
