Open Discussion: Anniversary book for the parish’s 100th Anniversary
The book will serve two purposes:
1. As a document and archive to the parish as a reminder of what has taken place – a memoriam for many people
2. As a money fundraiser where families and businesses contribute toward an add

Fr. Paul Luniw contacted Fr. Mikhail Myschuk in Waterveleight to ask about the book price for their anniversary.
The following information was provided:
Quantity: 225 (168 pp each) – hard cover books and gold foil
CD Sleeves: 300
Total Price: $13,000
The company had done a book layout; they provided the text and the pictures. About half of the book was filled with colored pictures.

Motion:
Max Lausier motioned for our book to be no more than 10% in size, 175 pp, and be constructed black & white with color. Kris Meinert seconded the motion.
Motion carried.

Motion:
Kris motioned to make the publication available to those who want a publication other than those purchasing space for their article(s). Dan Lyga seconded the motion.
Motion carried.
Ads to go to all the parishes in the Stamford Diocese in September.

Action Items:
- Need to ask Fr. Kobasniuk about Quark Plus Publishing.
- We need to establish how we are going to proceed and how much the books will cost.
- Individuals or families, who have donated toward an ad, will receive an Anniversary book.
