NEW FAMILY REGISTRATION — We are continuing the registration process for new families for the 2008 – 2009 school year. If you have family, friends or neighbors with school age children, please tell them about all of the good things that happen here at St. Albert’s, and invite them to become part of our school family. All they need to do is call the school office at 708 424-7757 for further information or to arrange a time to come and visit to see what we are all about.

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS — The School Office will be open from 9 am - 1:30 pm Monday thru Thursdays beginning Monday, June 16th. The office will be closed on Fridays. Normal office hours will resume on Monday, August 18th. Please not that the office will be closed on Monday, June 9th; June 18 - June 27th; the week of July 7 - 11; and the week of August 11-15. Before coming to the school during the summer months, please call first to make sure someone is in the office.

THE 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR — The 2008-2009 school year will begin for the students in Grades 1-8 on Wednesday August 20th. There will be an 11:30 dismissal time on this day. The first full day of school for students in Grades 1-8 will be Thursday, August 21st.

Kindergarten Orientation will take place on Thursday, August 21st. The first day of school for the Kindergarten will be Friday, August 22nd. Please not that this will be a full day of school.

Orientation for 4 Year Old Preschool will take place on Monday, August 25th. The first day of school for the 4 year old preschoolers will be Wednesday, August 27th.

Orientation for 3 year old Preschool will take place on Tuesday, August 26th. The first day of school for the 3 year old preschoolers will be Thursday, August 28th.

You will all receive a more detailed calendar when the new school year begins.
