Boe
Hi,
Sorry it's taken me sooooo long, but Boe's had a very busy couple of months! The beach,
baseball games, hockey games, 1st day of school, etc. He's getting sooo big! I took some pictures this AM.
He's an early riser 5AM....than he goes back to sleep until 6 and than he's ready to eat:) He has a very sweet personality.
He's has down, sit, shake, stay, and catching treats down already:)
I say to him every morning lets get the paper and he heads down the driveway and gets the paper.....We are truly enjoying him.

Happy Holidays and have a great New Year.

Hi,
Just thought you'd enjoy this! He was sleeping until I got up to take the picture. He is back asleep in this position.
I just took him to get groomed today and the groomer said he's such a nice boy....thanks again for a wonderful puppy/dog. You've got the magic touch.
I'm seriously thinking about getting one of the "chocolate" puppies when you breed mmmm who will it be S'more and boe's dad?

Katie
Stacie and Eric – Here’s a picture for your album of “Katie” from Reese & Shadow’s last litter.
She’s a feisty 3½ months here. Katie is very smart and wants to follow her own agenda.
We are now going to puppy kindergarten and trying to teach her some manners.
Life certainly isn’t dull with her around, but we enjoy her so much.
Reese was such a good mom—hope she enjoys her retirement!!
On Katie’s first vet visit someone asked for your name on the chance they could get a chocolate lab also,
so I gave them a copy of your home page.Jean & Rich

Biscuit
Hi Stacie,
We are celebrating Biscuits first birthday today. We can not thank you enough for sharing this special boy with us.
He is a friendly happy mush who still thinks that he can sit in your lap.
Everyone he meets is a long lost friend and everyone in the neighborhood stops to say hi to him as we walk. He romps through the field with us and never runs away.
He plays with other dogs (even the grumpy ones). He can make you forget a bad day at work in a matter of seconds.
My son loves him and my husband, who was reluctant to get a dog, plays with him constantly. Biscuit is an absolute joy.Best regards,
Fran
Dakota
Good Morning Stacie,
I wanted to pass along some info about the puppy
(his
name is Dakota) as he has been a member of our house for 4 days now.
He is the most well behaved and obedient puppy we have
ever seen! He responds to his name and commands very well. Of course he
can be stubborn at some times,
but most times he is very responsive to all types of
commands. Eric and you were exactly correct about warning us to the
puppy's
whining about
being put in the cage at night. The first night he
barked
from 11pm - 6am straight through without taking a break!! HA!
He has been improving with each day dealing with
sleeping
in the cage at night. It is just something he will have to get used to
as a puppy.
He is also eating food and drinking water very well
(sucks
up water like a vacuum!).
We plan on taking him for puppy training at Petsmart
when he gets to be about 10 weeks old.
We will definitely pass along pictures of Dakota while
he grows up!
Thank you so much again for everything!

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi Stacie!
Here is a picture of Dakota at just over 12 weeks of
age,
the last one chosen of Smoothie's litter born July 26th.
He is doing fantastic and has brought so much love into
our home! Dakota has just started professional training and is the star
of his class!
The trainer has asked us to use him as an example
during
each class because he is such a good listener and he picks up on new
commands
very quickly.
We took him to the Cranberry festival in Chatsworth
over
the past weekend and he was showered with love and affection from (it
seemed
like) everyone there.
Dakota really enjoyed interacting with all the people
(especially the kids) and the other dogs for the entire afternoon.
He's been great with trying new things and he has been
quick to learn.
Thank you again for such a beautiful black lab!

Tripps
Hi Stacie,
I wanted to let you know how much I love having Tripps in our
life.
It was a bit rough in the beginning, but he is a really good dog.
I also found out that I am 3-months pregnant. It is funny how
he knows not to jump all over me, but he does it with everyone else.
He is pretty smart, and is starting to learn his commands.
He still hates his cage though, but he either sleeps on the couch or
sleeps in the bedroom with us.
By the way, everybody who works at the vet place that you referred
us
to just loves your puppies. Dr. Wilson loves seeing him because
he
is so happy.
He is a loyal friend to have for life. He even follows me to
the bathroom. Hates being a lone. Pretty cute.
Just wanted to give you an update. I will send you more photos in the future. He is now 31.4 lbs here in his little Santa suit.

Bella

MAX
(Mighty Maximillian)
Stacie:
Meet MAX- short for Mighty Maximillian- a little more grown up at
just
over 8months now. He is from Jagger and Sandy's-May 2006 litter.
He is absolutely the BEST!I find myself laughing more with MAX in my
life. This dog is just too funny. He has been a great companion
and
everyone I meet instantly takes to MAX.
He is now completing puppy training sessions and doing much better.
He responds so well to me. I am amazed at how smart he is.
He is such a handsome dog. Here he is, I believe, smiling at me!
Looking
at his parent's pictures he seems to have Jagger's facial expressions
and
strong appearance and Sandy's color and beauty.
I cannot tell you how great you are for what you do. Labaradors are
THE BEST, and I am so Lucky to have MAX.
Again, Thanks-a-Million...
From Kevin and Mighty Maximillian ("MAX")
P.S. Will send more pictures. I try and take a lot to remember his 1st year. He grew so fast!

Stacie:
It has been awhile since I emailed. I own Max listed on approximately
page 3-4 of your emailed photos of pups from past litters. He was born
May 2006 to Sandy and Jagger.
I am doing so well with Max and love him dearly. I recently spent a
tour of duty overseas for the Army and Max was so well behaved while I
was away.
He was so happy to see me when I got back. I could not help but to
think of him as family when I was away.
It was hard not being able to see him. I got a thousand licks when
he saw me upon my return from duty.
I recently read on your web page that Jagger passed. I am so sad to
hear this.
I have told Max that his parents are beautiful dogs and I tell Max
that he is handsome everyday.
Max himself was not so fortunate recently as he swallowed a piece of
a blanket and a branch and developed a bowel obstruction requiring
surgery.
He recovered very well but it really made me sad to think of what had
happened. It still causes me anxiety when I see him and think of those
days back in February 09 when he was in the hospital.
He is back to his normal self now. As for lyme prevention, I use
Frontline
Plus faithfully and recently had Max vaccinated for lyme as well.
I likely will be wanting another dog soon. Max needs a companion dog
friend. I just need to get a bigger place 1st. Quite frankly, I think
Max's
energy level can wear me out. I think another dog will serve him well
(or
just wear me out quicker!)
I will be checking your website from time to time to see new litters
planned.
I always try and refer folks to your website if they are interested
in getting a great labrador dog from a great breeder.
I will send more pictures as well.
Thanks,
Hope all is well.

Shelby
Hi Stacie-
Hope you and your family are doing well – we really love our little
Shelby! Here are a
couple of new pictures of her; she is very smart, and caught on pretty quickly to going by
the door when she has to go outside. She loves to play and run – she really is very cute,
too! She knows how to sit, stay and come – we are working on the down, but she loves to jump
and nip to get your attention! Thanks again, best of luck with your
upcoming litters!

Charlotte
Hi Stacie!!!
It's been such a wonderful three weeks!!!! Charlotte is such a great
dog!!!
She had her shots earlier this week and weighed in at 12.7 lbs. She
loved Dr. Gutman!!
We have mastered sit and stay, the housetraining is going fabulous,
it came very natural to her! Thank you for our wonderful addition, we
are
truly truly enjoying her.
update you soon!!
pam and luke
Hi Stacie,
We can't believe tomorrow she is 12 weeks already!!!
We took her for her check up last night, she weighed in at 18.8 lbs.
She gained 6lbs in 3 weeks!! Her vet says she is going to be a big
girl!!!
We have now mastered sit, sleep, and lay down, averaging one new
"trick"
a week.
Many many comments on her shiny coat, attribute it to her mom and dad,
but I am sure it's those nu vet vitamins,
and of coarse the designer shampoo we use on her that I get from the
salon I work at!!!!
Such a joy she is, we will continue to keep you all posted!
pam and luke

Hi Stacie,
Just one this week! She looks so big doesn't she??? Puppy kindergarten
is half way through and we are truly starting to see the results
especially
on the leash!
Definately our best friend!!
pam and luke!
Here is a recent picture of Ms. Charlote. We continue to be so
thrilled
with her!!!!
She graduated top of her class, and definately most improved from Puppy
Kindergarten! She's just a love bug!

Hi Stacie!!!
Hope the warm weather is treating you and the family well!! I have
attached some recent pictures of Charlotte from our trip to Grandpa's
farm
over Memorial Day!!! She had a blast!
You will see she has mastered swimming, she loves the water! She also
had a great time chasing the quads, and yes she will be a fabulous
hunting
dog next season,
for as soon as the boys fired off a shot, she was off looking for a
bird!!! (she brought back most of the clay one's they missed!)
Talk to you soon, and as always thank you again for our princess!!
(and
yes, she is sleeping in bed with us now too, I'm such a pushover!)
Love,
Pam Luke and Charlotte
