Citizen of the Year

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 2009 CITIZENS OF THE YEAR:   Robert Antonioni and Joan Fitzgerald

They will be honored at the Starburst event on June 13, 2009

Please submit a nomination for a man and/or woman whom you think should be considered as a "Citizen of the Year" for Leominster.   The awards will be made at the intermission of the band concert at Starburst.


Criteria for Citizen of the Year is listed below:

 Service to Leominster

Service to people

Service to family

Liives or has lived in Leominster for at least 10 years

Professional experiences

Political expereiences in Leominster

Fund Raising experiences

Notoriety among Leominster residents

All nominations are considered with the final decision being made by a committee made up of former recipients of the award.
