Please check the type of patron you wish to be:

 Patron Levels: 

CORPORATE Level – Donation of $250.00, $500.00, $750.00, $1000.00 or higher.  Special Ad in booklet, recognition on TV shows, radio show, newspaper articles and web site.

 

PLATINUM Level – Donation of $100.00, your company name, address phone, and one extra line of your choice will be listed.

  

GOLD Level – Donation of $75.00, your company name, address and phone will be listed.

 

         

          SILVER Level – Donation of $50.00, your company name only.
