All my equipment is well maintained. Below are some of the capacities of this machinery:
plasma table: makes straight cuts in all metals up to 1/2” thick, 24” front to back and 108” lengthwise; it also cuts any pattern by electric eye following a pencil line drawing or paper template.
english wheel: can wheel to the center of a 48” wide panel. Used for making compund curves such as bowls, fenders, etc.
40 ton hydraulic ironworker: has round and square dies from 1/8” to 2 1/4” diameter. It can punch a 1” diameter hole in 1/2” thick mild steel.
Eagle bender: can roll many different profiles into arcs or circles (see rolling profiles in the SERVICES page).
Scotchman cold saw: makes very accurate cuts in bar, angles, and tubing up to 3” deep.
12g and 16 g sheet metal brakes: box and pan brakes can bend up to a 48” width x 6” box
Niagara hydraulic shear: can work sheet material up to 10 gauge x 52” wide.
Lincoln SP250 mig welder: provides clean welds on stainless, aluminum, bronze and mild steel up to 3/4” thick
Miller Squarewave 250 water cooled tig: can weld any metal from 24 gauge to as heavy as 3/4” thick.
I have all the time saving equipment we need to help keep fabrication costs as low as possible.
