Come to the Maine coast . . .

This cottage sits on a slight crest next to the ocean and overlooks Frenchman Bay and Mt Desert. Has one of the best private beaches on the Point and is in easy walking distance to local amenities. All rooms on one floor and contains master bedroom with spectacular view and two other bedrooms with 2 and one-half baths. The kitchen and living room also have the same view of mountains and water. Adding to summer outside pleasure is a 10 by 60 foot deck which is directly accessible from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room.

Hancock Point is a quiet community of about 40 largely summer dwellings with community tennis courts and waterfront facilities. Tennis, kayak and sailing instructions available. The Crocker House, a local inn, is in the center of the Point provides gracious dinning most of the year.

The cottage is fully furnished; all beds have pillows, blankets and coverlets. There are two king beds, and three single beds

	Bright and sunny with great view of the ocean from your pillow. Just lay back in the evening with your favorite book and look at the twinkling lights on Mt Desert or the star: hovering over the mountains

Tennis courts nearby with clay surface are good training for aspiring pros.... Boat house serves an active sailing community.
