I welcome email inquiries, but because I operate a mobile business,
I usually do not read email until my return home in the evening.
Thus, call me with your urgent requests.

How long does an appointment last?

The average appointment lasts 1.5 to 2 hours for a repair.
If you have a laundry-list of items for me to work on, then it
certainly may take 3 or 4 hours of work to clean up 3 or 4 home PCs.
I will assess your situation, and I may recommend that I take your computer back to
my shop for a complete rebuild or hard drive data recovery if needed,
where I will charge a flat-rate to keep your costs to a minimum.
I may also start a recovery or disk-copy, and then return in 4-5 hours based on
the time estimate the recovery or copy software indicates to me.

In most cases I will not charge homeowners for more than 4 hours work per day
no matter how long I have to work to get your computer back in operation.

I am very aware that the cost of repairs can exceed the cost of a new computer.
I will do everything I can to identify a "cut-off" point where a new computer
may be a more cost-effective solution to your computer needs.

Your satisfaction and my good reputation are the most important things I work towards.
