The best thing you can do to manage pop-ups is to upgrade your Internet Explorer to Version 7 from your current Version 6. Hopefully you are not running Version 5 or any earlier version!!!

Many free pop-up blockers seem to be little more than advertisements themselves, I don't think they offer you much relief at all.

The Google Toolbar (free from www.google.com) also offers a reliable pop-up blocker, and the Google Toolbar is a useful addition to the Internet Explorer.
