If you're afraid of heights, this little excursion will either cure you, or kill you. First off, they teach you about how to clip onto the safety ropes. How to safely transfer your safety lines from one rope to another. Then they bring you on a 10 minute practice circuit where you get your first glimpse of what you're in store for. Then you walk around to the entrance of the cavern for a 15 minute, 100 meter (330 foot) abseil descent to the cavern floor. Followed by about 3 hours of exploring the wonders of this "Lost World". I'd have taken more pictures, but they don't let you bring a camera with you.
