This was the place to be in January 98' for the bi-annual gathering of kite flyers, who meet in the high desert of California after the Kite Trade Association annual convention. Kites and Buggies for a week of fun.

The organizer of this annual event, Corey Jensen, has dubbed it the Rolling Man Festival.

We all posed for the cameras when the wind wouldn't cooperate. Quite a few people came and went throughout the week. These folks were around most of the time.
