Extra Help
Mr. Stevenson is available for after-school help in room C-101 at:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
Typically, I am NOT available for help in the mornings as I need the time in morning to prepare and set up my classes.
Coming in for help afterschool is the most effective way to have questions answered on homework because students can ask me questions they did not understand in class and I can give them more individualized instruction.
All students can succeed in science/math class if they put forth effort and make good choices.
I will be afterschool Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I will either be in my classroom or supervising Homework Club in the Learning Resource Center/Library.
If I am in my room, students will sign in and be expected to stay in the classroom working on science/math or other class homework until 4:00 when the afterschool bus comes to take them home, or until a parent comes and picks them up.
If I am in HWC, students will need to speak with me ahead of time to get a signed permission slip to enter HWC as we have limited seating. Students are expected to stay until 4:00 when the afterschool bus comes to take them home, or until a parent comes and picks them up.
Extra credit points will be given to students at end of the quarter who consistently come in and display extra effort towards understanding the material and completing the homework.

Afterschool bus is available for students to return home. The tickets for riding afterschool bus are available at school main office.
