For the Trigger I started with a piece of cold rolled steel and scribed a rough layout from my plans.
Next I trimmed it on the band saw, drilled the pivot holes, and using a 3/16" end mill I took a 1/16" off each side for the pivot of the transfer bar.
After that I used the end mill and roughed out the contour of the front of the trigger. Right now I'm going with the TLAR method again this all may change once I get a feel for it in the gun.
After a bit of grinding on the bench grinder this is how it shaped up.
I trimmed it with the bandsaw and cleaned it up a bit with the dremal. It still needs a lot of shaping but for now it will work.
I made a quick hammer today, it was pretty much made the same way as the trigger. Also shown is the spring I may try to reshape and use for thee hammer spring.
