The <B>Emu</B> eggs have 3 layers, the outside dark green, a middle light green and the inside layer which is a cream white color. I carve through the layers to get the highlights. The Emu is a cousin of the Ostrich.</div> <bR> <div> The larger white (or cream colored) eggs are <B>Rhea</B> which are also cousins to the Ostrich.
