Are you in a high school or college jazz band or jazz choir?  Has your school ever produced a CD?  We're looking for student jazz CDs to play on the air.  If you're in a school music program and you have access to good quality recordings, we'd like to hear them.  Here's how to send music to Jazz in the Schools:

1) CDs are preferred, but all formats are acceptable including cassette and LP.  Anyone remember LPs?

2) Recordings submitted to Jazz in the Schools cannot be returned, so please don't send your only copy unless you want to donate it to the program.

3) Email jazzintheschools@comcast.net and tell us what you have.  We'll tell you where to direct the material.

4) Recordings will be played at the discretion of the program host.

5) The recordings do not have to be current.

6) The recordings do not have to be local to Washington state.

7) If you're a northwest jazz pro, we're interested in promoting your music too.  If you're the product of our local school system, tell us what school you hail from!
