Competitive Soccer 2007
Summer 2007 Competitive forms are in!
Summer 2007 forms are
now on-line. This year, you can save a roster spot for $70,
and take until January 31st to finish paying. (Any teams
practicing over the winter, must
have all members registered for
the Summer 2007 season. Gym time is available in
January -
March on Sunday's contact your coach for more information, or
contact the
Competitive Vice President for more information on
forming teams!

General Player and Parent Conduct
Players and Parents are to behave in a
sportsmanlike manner at all club events. It is the Phoenix club
and MYSA policy for parents and fans to be on the opposite side
of the field from the teams. Only the team coach is allowed to
address the referee and assistant referees and then only in a
professional manner. Coaches should remain on their side of the field with their teams.
Remember that all players are required to wear approved cleats and shin guards. And that absolutely NO
jewlery is permitted. (This includes ear rings!) Only soft fabric hair pieces can be worn.

All volunteers (Coaches, Managers, Trainers, Board Members, and any other
volunteer having direct contact with players) MUST fill out a MINNESOTA YOUTH SOCCER
ASSOCIATION DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT FORM.
The form must be filled out, notorized, and all applicants are
subject to a background check.
