Text Box: THANK YOU TO ALL WHO MADE THE ST MALACHY SUMMERFEST A HUGE SUCCESS!!!! Yep, what a great time everyone had! It is like a huge St. Malachy Family reunion! There was something for everyone there and by the huge crowd of people we had, everyone did find something to do! It could have been the main tent having a cool refreshing drink, enjoying the entertainment, trying a deep-fried Oreo or other great food items. Venturing into the middle tent for your tickets, the doll booth, cheer raffle, Chinese auction, big money wheel, 50/50 & raffle, teen booth, or creation station. Then on to the vegas, kids games and bingo tents. Outside for rides, ball games and the dunk tank. We cannot forget the great flea market and dinners in the Curier Center! Wow! No wonder we are all still tired! So many hands went into making the festival a great success, words cannot adequately express the gratitude for all the hard work! See everyone next year!! Catechism starts the week of September 20th. Grades 7th-9th will meet from 6:30pm-7:45pm in the Currier Center. Confirmation kiddos have the option of attending the 4:30pm—5:30pm class. The family program will start up this month as well. So please, call 586-268-4430 for more information and/or register your child for these great programs! Remember, at any given point we are one generation away from losing our faith! Live your faith; Love your faith; BE your faith and make God the center of all you do and you cannot go wrong! The Senior High Youth Group ROCK and the Junior High Youth Group FROG are back from their summer hiatus starting Monday, September 13th (FROG) and Wednesday, September 15th (ROCK). So if you are in the 6th, 7th & 8th grades, give FROG a try!! If you are in the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grades, try out ROCK! You won’t regret it!!!
