Beautiful, three bedroom, two bath Townhouse Key Largo Condo with spiral staircase from the Living Room to the third Bedroom in the Loft. Sliding glass doors from the Master Bedroom and Living Room. The eighteen foot ceilings with skylights and ceiling fans make it bright and spacious. The etched glass panels in the Living Room enhance the tropical feeling. Sleeps six with a king, queen and twin beds in the Loft. Lots of closet space, 1,500 square feet of total living space.

Landings of Largo is located at Mile Marker 98, an hour’s drive from the Miami International Airport (MIA). A 90 minute drive from the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL). Four miles from World Famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Twenty miles from the Everglades and 94 miles from Key West. The Society of American Travel Writers has named the Florida Keys' Overseas Highway, one of the ten most beautiful drives in the United States.

No smoking, no pets. Reservations confirmed with a $500 deposit ($1,000 for two or more months). Deposit fully refundable (minus Credit Card fees if applicable) up to three months before arrival. Full payment required 30 days before arrival. A $50.00 non-refundable impact fee must be paid upon arrival to the Condo Association on site Manager in order to receive a parking permit.

Rates: $2,600/month (Dec-Apr), $2,400/month (May-Nov). $125 cap on electricity. $500 security deposit required (refunded after utility bill review & post rental inspection if no damage).12.5% Florida tax (State & County) not included. Deposit payments accepted via PayPal, Check, Credit Card or Money Order. Check or Money Order preferred. The balance must be paid by Check or Money Order (not required for non-US renters).

10’x 30’ Boat Slip available for an additional fee of $150/month. Comfortably fits boats up to a 8’ 6” beam. Boat slip has aluminum ladder, electricity and fresh water with hose. We are the owners of the boat slip but availability is subject to prior rental. Free boat trailer parking and ramp access at the Marina (with or without boat slip rental). Proof of boat insurance must be presented to the Condo Association on site manager to obtain access to the Boat Ramp and Marina. If necessary, I can make arrangements for a larger boat slip from other owners (subject to availability and their price). Let me know your requirements.
