2005 Scholarship Application and Information Criteria: o Tuition assistance to Fairhaven High School Students attending a two or four year college or university.
o Preference will be given to students who emulate “Matty’s” spirit.
o They must demonstrate strong community service, leadership qualities and athleticism.
Applications must be postmarked no later than April 1, 2005 or delivered to the Community Foundation's offices before 5:00 p.m., April 1, 2005.
No exceptions.
