Company ProfileStrengthBuilders Consulting was established in November 2004 by Larry Bartholomew to offer to clients the benefit of solutions developed in over 33 years of providing HR advice and service to hundreds of client organizations as an HR Manager and internal consultant. Founder BioBefore establishing StrengthBuilders Consulting, Larry Bartholomew, MPA spent over 33 years managing human resources organizations, conducting negotiations and providing training in leadership, management, labor relations and human resources topics. He is an experienced writer on HR, leadership and organizational development topics and has broad experience as a facilitator, having facilitated strategic planning efforts, process improvement teams and a wide variety of other group processes. He has conducted appreciative inquiries, served as Chief Negotiator in hundreds of labor negotiations, employing win-win negotiation techniques, and personally assisted others in resolving thousands of workplace disputes. He is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the West Sound Human Resources Management Association (WSHMRA) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). He holds a BA from San Jose State University and an MPA from Indiana University.
